Food Booths

As there is limited space for food vendors, the Sudbury Dragon Boat Festival offers space to last year’s vendors for a limited time. If there are spaces available after this time, we will revert to our waiting list of potential vendors.

If you are interested in being included on the waiting list, please download the Vendor Outline form and forward to our office. Approved vendors will be contacted in mid-May.
Only vendors with completed contracts, health unit permits and paid fees on file with the Sudbury Dragon Boat Festival office will be permitted on-site. Vendors selling items not previously agreed to by the Sudbury Dragon Boat Festival Organizing Committee will be asked to cease sales and vacate.
