Team Calendar
Complete the Team Registration Form using the Registration Form Information for guidelines. The Team Calendar is an important document outlining key dates for Managers, Coaches/Captains and all Team Members. This document will be updated on an ongoing basis; please check the “Team Communication Log” for updates and additional information forwarded to all registered teams.
Completed registration forms may be mailed or dropped off at the Sudbury Dragon Boat Festival office.
Team registration fee is $1,000.00. For youth and out-of-town teams registration is $700.00.

Waiver Form – to be completed by each member of the team – must be submitted to the Sudbury Dragon Boat Festival Office prior to team members participating in any practices.
